RichFX collects personal information from its visitors on a voluntary basis through its "Request Information" form. RichFX does not require this information from its visitors to obtain access to any of its sites. RichFX uses this personally identifiable information to respond to inquiries and questions. RichFX does not share any of this personally identifiable information except as required by law. RichFX assumes that all visitors submitting information on this form are above the age of thirteen. FEEDBACK FORM

Some of the RichFX products offer an online form to deliver "Thumbs Up" or "Thumbs Down" feedback in addition to comments. RichFX assumes that the comments do not include personally identifiable information submitted from the feedback form. RichFX collects and logs this information for input on improving its product. RichFX often shares this with the one customer on whose site this was submitted.

EMAIL-TO-A-FRIEND

Some of the RichFX products offer an "Email-To-A-Friend" feature that can send an email to a friend(s) with a website link and any additional comments. The Email-To-A-Friend form asks for the name and email address of the visitor and of the recipient(s). RichFX uses this information to create and deliver the email but does not store this information beyond the delivery of the email.

Some of the prompts for "Email-To-A-Friend" offer the option to share "i-Flags" or bookmarks. The visitor may decide to share or not share these i-Flags. Occasionally, RichFX may temporarily store these emails and share them with the RichFX customer whose site the link appears upon. After these emails have been delivered to this one customer, these emails are purged from the RichFX system. In these rare cases, RichFX displays a link to the RichFX's customer's privacy policy that describes how this information is stored, used, and/or shared.

COOKIES

Cookies are information files that your web browser places on your computer when you visit a website. Most browsers accept cookies automatically but can be configured not to accept them or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. RichFX does not extract personal information in this process nor does it provide this information to third parties. Cookies allow RichFX to customize your user interface to speed up the navigation process and to make the site experience more efficient. RichFX also uses cookies to support features such as stored shopping lists and stored i-Flags (bookmarks). If your browser is configured to reject cookies, you will not be able to utilize some features of RichFX websites.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

RichFX occasionally collects technical information about your browser to understand its customer base and to understand how it can improve its products in the future. This information includes but is not limited to your operating system type and version; your browser type and version; your support and version of Flash, Java, and other plug-ins; your monitor resolution and color depth; and your time zone.

WEB BEACONS

RichFX uses web beacons to track the patterns of online user behavior across its websites. This non-personally identifiable information helps RichFX understand what parts of its websites are popular and valuable. RichFX also occasionally uses web beacons of its web analytics partner Omniture, Inc. and/or of its customers' web analytics partners. These web beacons compile only non-personally identifiable information. RichFX may share the web analytics data, but only with the customer of the site where the traffic was generated.

CHANGES AND UPDATES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

RichFX's websites' content and features may be updated, revised, modified and supplemented. RichFX reserves the right to change the information, features, products, policies, promotions, disclosures and disclaimers at any time. Changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on this website. Please check the policy periodically for changes. At the end of the policy we indicate the date of an update to the Privacy Policy.
